CMQ 220: Root Cause Analysis (RCA) (CMQ 220)

The course teaches root cause analysis as a procedure for ascertaining and analyzing problems and solve or prevent them. A variety of instructional methods are employed including online demonstrations, practical exercises, and case studies to provide students with an in-depth understanding of how to analyze a system to identify the root causes of problems. Credit may only be received for this course by additionally completing CMQ 210 (DAU-0230) and CMQ 200 (DAU-0229).
