The course objective is to emphasize the application of processes, techniques, and estimate interpretation throughout the development of a Life Cycle Cost Estimate. The general course topics include data collection, normalization, and analysis; formulation and estimation techniques; review, presentation, and documentation guidelines; and parametric, analogy, expert opinion, non-parametric analysis; and cost improvement curves cost estimation techniques.
