This is a combination of four courses: BCE 0010 outlines the best practices for building a cost estimating model and creating a professional documentation trail. BCE 1700 develops the requisite skills and knowledge of cost data collection processes. BCE 1710 provides an overview of the Cost and Hour Report known as FlexFile/Quantity Data Report used in Contractor Cost Data Reports (CCDRs). BCE 2500 develops critical skills needed during the Software Cost Data Collection processes.
