Earning Criteria

Completed a minimum of 8 workshops for the program which included Employee Experience (EX), Client Experience (CX) and Sustainability and Growth (SG)

Developed their individual leadership capabilities by completing self-directed eLearning courses

Explored a range of topics including, the role of a leader, delegation, mindset shift to servant leadership, client experience journeys, using data effectively, risk management, continuous improvement, innovation and strategic thinking

Undertook 4 practical, guided, challenge workshops exploring a holistic challenge assigned by Nextt which required leaders to think critically and present a strategic response for improving leadership and operational performance within their team. Participants worked collaboratively in groups to effectively communicate the challenges and opportunities facing Nextt and key actions they would recommend as a viable and realistic way forward.

Actively participated in Peer Learning Circle discussions and took the opportunity to learn from their own and others’ experiences and to immediately test and apply their learning within their organisation
