Earning Criteria

• This credential is verified by Deakin University.
• Credential submissions are assessed by academic and industry practitioners with relevant experience.
• The submission process is evidence based and successful achievement of a credential requires a portfolio of evidence, a written reflection and a video testimony showcasing the relevant skills and knowledge at the expected level. The submission has addressed and demonstrated all criteria listed below:
• Uses experience and researches to generate novel approaches to improve existing practices, approaches or methods.
• Identifies and tests new initiatives or breakthrough thinking or practices.
• Articulates the ways in which innovative effort will positively impact operational or customer outcomes.
• Establishes mechanisms for cooperating with others to gather collective intelligence or insights into innovative ideas or practices.
• Reviews and reports on operational outcomes from an innovation project or trial.
