Earners of the Master Trainer badge have demonstrated the competencies required to deliver DDI's Facilitator Certification Process Workshop. They are able to certify facilitators to deliver all courses in DDI's Interaction Management® System. They provide specific, balanced feedback to candidates, collaboratively create a development plan with candidates to enhance or develop their skills, and coach candidates to deliver course content successfully.
