Earning Criteria

Earners attended 5 sessions. They self-assessed their personal & collaborative leadership style, reflected on past experience and presented examples to identify their strengths & weaknesses through 2 written reflections (personal & collaborative awareness). They conducted interviews with 4 leaders in the field & assessed how they used communication, personal, and collaborative awareness to implement the 3 pillars of sustainability in their practice. These were assessed across 4 requirements.
