Earners of this microcredential applied the four dimensions of an appreciative inquiry model to develop an action plan that includes a minimum of 2 interventions for their workplace to improve their team or organizational culture. Earners were required to provide three external references to support their observations and conclusions. The action plan was evaluated by an instructor using a rubric.
