Earners of this microcredential identified appropriate data sources, communication issues, and power structures that influence decision-making within a complex scenario. They examined their personal biases that influence this interpretation through journaling, and demonstrated their ability to elicit a deeper understanding of an issue using Socratic questioning (both verbally and digitally). An instructor used a mastery-based learning approach & earners met the minimum standards within a rubric.
