Since 2015, The Beryl Institute Credentialing Center has been committed to improving the human experience in healthcare through professional certification and continuing education. It offers two exam-based designations: Certified Patient Experience Professional (CPXP) and Certified Administrator of Volunteer Services (CAVS), as well as Patient Experience Continuing Education Credits (PXEs) to support ongoing professional growth.
