As higher education and vocational education instructors, earners will have an understanding of ways in which to make the tertiary environment more inclusive. They have explored the barriers students may face, and been introduced to the concept of Universal Design in Learning (UDL). They are able to provide practical strategies for planning curriculum to increase the time available for quality teacher-student interactions and improve student learning and engagement.
