Earners will have an understanding of the relevance of cultural health practices and faith, and how this can influence the health care provision of individuals, families and groups. They can identify a number of cultural practices and beliefs from a variety of ethno-religious groups that require special consideration in the delivery of health care, and describe four basic concepts to alternative health practices.
