Earners will be able to demonstrate principles, knowledge and aptitude in coaching and mentoring in the clinical setting. They will be able to apply foundational models and demonstrate core competencies of coaching and mentoring. An understanding of personal approaches, relationship building and feedback skills in the coach/mentor relationship in clinical leadership will be gained, along with being able to differentiate between a preceptor, coach and mentor.
