Earners will have an understanding of the physiology and electrical activity of the heart and be able to recognise normal sinus rhythm and common cardia arrhythmias. They will understand the systematic approach to reading a 12 Lead ECG, describe ECG lead systems and placement and describe trouble shooting strategies for ECG tracings.
