Earning Criteria

This course includes a 360° assessment, five two-day in person sessions, individual and group coaching, and an immersive executive capstone challenge. Participants must attend 80% of the sessions and actively participate in development activities to receive the badge.

Prospective students should be growth-minded seasoned senior leaders (VP+) with at least 10 years of experience at the executive level, or part of a group of senior executive team members leading organizational change.
