Control Force II (16 Weeks)

This course is designed to allow students to earn a one-year renewable user-certification in the Controlled F.O.R.C.E curriculum. This course is designed to educate the student in a specialized form of self-defense and combat known as Controlled F.O.R.C.E. This course is designed to utilize the skills learned in Controlled FORCE I and apply them to scenario-based training. This credential will be offered through CRJ5433 Controlled FORCE II.

Skills

Controlled F.O.R.C.E. Basic Proficiency
Demonstrate a proper take down and arrest using Controlled FORCE holds
Demonstrate the proper application of MACH holds one through five

Earning Criteria

Complete 16 Week Course
Completion of all written exams with a 70% or higher score
Incorporate the ASP baton into the MACH holds and use as appropriate per course instructor
Demonstrate proper weapon retention
Demonstrate appropriate defensive tactics while in a confrontation on the ground
Use MACH one holds during an aggressive attack
Demonstrate an ability to determine appropriate threat levels.
