This training program spans four intensive days, with each day dedicated to nine hours of instruction. It features a comprehensive +35-hour curriculum delivered live by an instructor, designed to fulfill the Project Management Institute's (PMI) requirement for 35 Professional Development Units (PDUs).

The program includes a PMP® Exam Prep Digital Study Guide and various materials tailored to assist participants in their exam preparation. Additionally, it offers support with the PMI application process to ensure participants can navigate the certification pathway with ease. Participants will also receive digital, full-color student guides that provide in-depth information and resources.

To further support the learning journey, a 30-day post-class study plan is provided, offering structured guidance for continued study and review after the class concludes. Moreover, the program incorporates parallel military-to-civilian examples, making it uniquely suited for individuals transitioning from military service to civilian project management roles by illustrating relevant concepts and scenarios in both contexts.
