Earning Criteria

Delivered as either a blended learning programme or a fully virtual programme. Programme typically spans 3-4 months to support embedding of coaching skills and mindset. Provides structures, skills and models for consistency of approach.
The Foundations of Coaching. Insight is provided to the core elements under-pinning a coaching approach. Inclusive of opportunity to self-reflect against current style and approach.
Coaching Communication Skills. Core coaching skills are introduced and practiced across programme. Consistent partner work provides opportunity to home skills and receive feedback
Coaching Practice. Partner work is completed within the session as well as being scheduled as Personal Learning Tasks to deepen capability and understanding of the impact and benefits of coaching in the leader's own context.
Neuroscience. Connecting the success of coaching to neuroscience, and how coaching creates sustainable behavioural change
Coachable Moment Session Structure. Provides a structure and coaching model to support focussed, time-efficient and highly effective coaching conversations
