Earning Criteria

Group Zoom Learning Forum Conference Calls facilitated by a ICF credentialed coach, supporting further practice, feedback and reinforcement of programme learning.

Four online modules support live training providing a rich learning experience to deepen the live training content. The online modules provide focus and tools on providing a structured coaching programme, as a leader or executive coach.

Additional Personal Learning Tasks including coaching practice outside of the live training with a peer coaching partner, strengthen coaching capability through practical application and feedback,
Standards
The ECCP provides 67.5 hours of coach specific training of which 55 hours are direct student contact. These hours satisfy the coach training requirements to support applications for the ICF’s Associate Certified Coach (ACC) international credential (Portfolio Path).
