Topics include legal ethics, informed consent, expert witnesses, medical treatment decisions, medical records, defense medical examinations, case analysis, negligence, criminal law, toxic torts, and the role of the medical professional legal consultant in the litigation process.
Apply knowledge of medical professional legal consulting through a series of exams and written assignments obtaining a 70% or higher on all assessments.
