Topics include attendance, religious conflicts, instructional program, due process of law, freedom of expression, student publications, unconstitutional searches, student discipline, racial integration and segregation, disabled students, civil liability, student privacy, student evaluations, equal protection, teacher employment, and discrimination in the schools.
Apply knowledge of education law through a series of exams and written assignments obtaining a 70% or higher on all assessments.
