Earning Criteria

  • Participants attend two live, 4 hour and 30 minute sessions.
  • Participants will turn in a written assessment reviewing the concepts covered and describing how they can apply the concepts/ideas covered in their workplace with concrete examples. Program Director will review for completeness of topics and provide feedback accordingly. Additional personal/professional development/integration plan will be discussed with participants based on topics covered.
