This is an introductory level programme on Positive Behaviour Support. This participant has completed all the required modules for this course, including participation in reflective exercises based on case scenarios, group discussions on best practice and workplace challenges, work-based exercises and reflective accounts. The participant took action to transfer their learning into their workplace to improve how they support the people with learning disabilities behaviours that challenge.

The participant completed a workbook containing worksheets relating to the principles and ‘Active Support.

The participant completed a self-identified action plan to improve how they support people with learning disabilities who express and behaviours that challenge

On finishing their action plan and workbook, the participant completed a self-reflective exercise to explore their experiences and learning from the programme.
