This individual has completed a programme with YGAM that provided them with knowledge of ‘customer vulnerability’ within the context of Corporate Social Responsibility. They were introduced to regulatory requirements from the UK Gambling Commission. They were also introduced to the Betknowmore UK support agency and the support available to vulnerable gamblers. This individual completed activities to help them recognise customer vulnerability and categories of vulnerability within their role
