This qualification is for reassessment and is suitable for operatives who already hold the initial assessment and are to re-qualify and be able to re-register their qualification within the permitted timescales set out in the Street Works (Qualifications of Supervisors and Operatives) (England) Regulations 2009. It is aimed at those employed in carrying out and monitoring works on the highway and specifically covers Reassessed Excavation in the highway.
