Earning Criteria

• This individual has completed all recruitment requirements in terms of subject specific and regulatory skills, qualifications and experience. This individual has a thorough understanding of the City & Guilds policies and processes.
• This individual has developed content for External Quality Assurer briefings, updates and training.
• This individual has Presented/ facilitate at External Quality Assurer briefings
• This individual maintains current CPD in their occupational area
• This individual has monitored and supported a team of External Quality Assurers in line with their task profiles and TAQA
• This individual has standardise External Quality Assurer practice, to ensure that quality assurance practices, policies and procedures are adhered to in line with City & Guilds and regulatory arrangements
• This individual has produced monthly reports that are concise, relevant and within agreed timescales.
• This individual maintains regular and professional contact with C&G staff as required This individual has been approved by C&G Associate Manager in the SEQA associate annual review
