Earning Criteria
-
Through an open book assessment, the learner has confirmed their understanding of types of equipment and systems with use of a relevant fluid, fundamental physical properties of relevant fluids to limits and range of measured parameters, key components and safety features found on stored pressure mechanical systems.
-
The learner has also confirmed their knowledge of key roles and responsibilities of Authorised Person (Mechanical) and Person in Charge (Mechanical), hazards/risks and control measures and safe systems of work documentation.
-
Through a practical assessment the learner showed an understanding of the skills and knowledge required by an Authorised Person (Mechanical) by completing relevant safety documents.
