This individual understands basic NZEB principles based on Technical Guidance Document Part F, building regulations, physics, fabric & services. They understand renewable energy, photo-voltaics, smart metering & electric vehicles. They have practiced insulation techniques to ensure an airtight layer in different settings. They can recognise poor design & execution of tasks & demonstrate best practice solutions. They understand how to prepare & communicate a coordinated construction strategy
