This course has been developed for Estates Officers with operational roles, who may be required to manage backlog maintenance items that fall within a Trust’s Capital funding category. It enables learners to manage Capital schemes to time and budget within a formal structure that complies with Trust standing financial instructions (SFIs) and standing financial orders (SFOs).
