They are able to: Determine employment opportunities in the environmental and land-based industries, prepare for a work-based experience in the environmental and land-based industry, understand the importance of effective interpersonal skills in the workplace, review a work-based experience in the environmental and land-based sector.
• This individual has achieved unit 303 Animal Health and Husbandry. They are able to: Recognise indicators of health in animals, understand common disease and disorders, their treatment and prevention, monitor and record the health and wellbeing of animals, recognise how to deliver and record basic animal treatments, carry out animal husbandry tasks.
