This person can compose short, straightforward texts - letters, e-mails, simple narratives. They can communicate info using words/phrases appropriate to audience/purpose; complete form asking for personal information; use basic punctuation correctly; form regular plurals; use first and second letters to put words in alphabetical order; spell Entry Level 2 words* correctly; write in compound sentences, use common conjunctions to connect clauses, adjectives and simple linking words appropriately.
