Office Administration Certificate Program (OACP) - Level 1
Upon completion of OACP – Level 1, earners know essential communication and customer service strategies, information management techniques, and introductory computer application skills. Earners are prepared to work successfully as an entry-level Receptionist or Office Assistant at the Calgary Board of Education or another office environment.
