ERGs play a strategic role in strengthening a diverse and inclusive workplace, where all employees can celebrate their affinities, feel they belong, and be their best authentic selves. Earners of the ERG Chair Badge have made a deep investment in the diversity and inclusion strategy at Chegg by leading our ERGs. As a Chair of an ERG, they represent and act as spokesperson for internal and external programs. They also work closely with the Executive Sponsor to develop and implement ERG goals.

Individual self-nominate to serve as ERG Leader. Supervisor nominations are required and solicited. Selected individuals have served either one - or three-year terms.

Create a strategic action plan in alignment with our ERG pillars (industry standard: Commerce, Career, Culture, & Community) for ERG members and the community.
