Community Health Accreditation Partner (CHAP) is accredited as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation. To obtain contact hours for this activity, you must be logged on and present, miss no more than 30 minutes of the activity, and submit an evaluation.
