Individuals who have earned this badge have completed the necessary course of study and passed Challenger's mock facilitation sign-off. They are only certified to facilitate and deliver Challenger’s Coaching to Challenger (C2C) workshop within the organization that purchased the certification license. Certified trainer licenses and badges may not be transferred or sold to another person or third party and may not be transferred outside of the purchasing organization.

Earning Criteria

Throughout a 4-week period, certification candidates perform a self-paced review and practice of workshop materials to understand concepts taught and facilitation best practices.

Following self-study, individuals are required to take an assessment to test their understanding of the workshop concepts.

Individuals are required to attend a Coaching to Challengers workshop in their chosen format (virtual or in person) led by a Challenger facilitator (8 hours).

Individuals complete a mock facilitation of the Coaching to Challengers workshop graded against specific sign-off criteria. Upon successfully passing the sign-off, they are certified.
