Communication is fluid, enabling them to handle a broader range of topics independently. This level enhances their active engagement in daily English interactions.

Earning Criteria

  • Understanding: Grasp sentences and frequently used expressions related to areas of most immediate relevance such as basic personal and family information, shopping, local geography, and employment.
  • Speaking: Communicate in simple and routine tasks requiring a direct exchange of information on familiar and routine matters. They can also handle short social exchanges but might still need help with explaining finer points of their needs or experiences.
  • Writing: Write simple notes and messages relating to their immediate needs and compose very basic personal letters, like thanking someone.
