Understanding: Learners at this stage can understand clear, slow, and directly spoken English related to familiar everyday matters such as basic personal and family information, shopping essentials, and immediate surroundings.

Speaking: Learners can participate in simple conversations on familiar topics. They can ask and answer straightforward questions, express needs, and describe their daily routines using simple language structures.

Writing: Writing skills are developed to include short, simple texts on familiar topics. Learners can write basic descriptions of events, past activities, and personal experiences in a series of simple sentences.
