The Medicaid Leadership Institute (MLI) is a 10-month professional development program that supports Medicaid directors and their senior staff in strengthening the necessary leadership skills to transform Medicaid agencies and advance policy to positively impact the health of their state or territories’ residents. MLI is led by the Center for Health Care Strategies (CHCS) with support from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.
