The MassHealth Leadership Academy (MLA) supported by the Executive Office of Human and Health Services (EOHHS) and the New England States Consortium Systems Organization, is a four-month leadership training program for selected MassHealth staff. MLA builds the capacity of emerging leaders by providing a forum for professional development that helps participants: (1) engage with peers; (2) build staff capacity; and (3) advance the Agency’s leadership vision and agenda.
