Learners must be currently enrolled and successfully complete the Crime Scene Management Simulation (CJ 2224 – Criminal Investigation) by achieving an 80% or higher on the Crime Scene Management Performance Checklist/Rubric. Competencies include: the ability to manage crime scenes following professional protocols; the ability to apply ethical standards in evidence handling and documentation; and the ability to analyze evidence to determine if a crime occurred.
