Working alongside a teacher mentor, students have work collaboratively to co-design and facilitate sessions focused on specific leadership outcomes at across Years 7-12. This credential recognises the time and courage of the LeadUp team to co-design, present and facilitate this program for their peers.

Earners of this credential commit to working alongside a teacher mentor to co-design learning experiences intended to upskill their peers in selected knowledge and skills of leadership. The process is student lead and facilitated with the teacher mentor acting in a support capacity.

Earners of this credential apply their own knowledge and skills of leadership in the co-design and facilitation process with their LeadUp peers. They work collaboratively to organise their time and resources as they work towards a set goal and apply their presentation and facilitation skills in the delivery of sessions.

Earners of this credential take on the role of presenter and facilitator in sessions that they have co-designed with their peers. These sessions are one to two hours in length and are delivered to students across small class and whole cohorts from Years 7-12. A range of tools and resources are utilised in this process, including digital presentation tools.

Earners of this credential volunteer their time to co-design and facilitate this leadership program for their peers. This requires the application of their own leadership skills including courage, initiative and passion.
