With the RA Leadership Principles and values at its core, the High Potential Leadership Program is a 4-month leadership journey focused on enabling the participants to thrive and lead in the Rollease Acmeda dynamic work environment. The Program’s overall goal is to take a strengths based approach to develop your leadership capability across the organisation's leadership assets including the RA Leadership Principles and Values.

Created two leadership goals and made solid progress toward achieving them.
Completed the Clifton Strengths assessment and applied insights to support leadership impact and progress toward leadership goals.
Completed all mandatory activities including webinars, coaching, Platform activities and Small Group activities.
Role Modelled the Rollease Acmeda Principles, Values and Behaviours across the Program.
Demonstrated authentic application of the concepts, ideas and practices of Strengths-Based Leadership, Conscious Leadership and Change leadership.
