This exam is a certification towards earning a badge for training conducted by the DSF team on ATPG (Automatic Test Pattern Generation) Flow and testing digital IC. This is the final step for the customer to pass in order to earn a Certification Badge after attending Design for Test Fundamentals training and after all homework quizzes are completed.
