Earning Criteria

  • Have a non-expired Emergency Medical Technician (BLS) or Paramedic (ALS) Certification State or National Registry issued.
  • Have EMS Hazardous Materials Level 1, NFPA 473 Certification (IFSAC and/or ProBoard).
  • Complete Hazardous Materials Training for EMS in accordance with NFPA 473.
  • Successfully complete the Professional Certification Assessment.
