To become certified, the Thermador Certified Sales Professional badge earner must complete on-demand or live learning courses on the following products to earn the Thermador Certified Sales Professional badge. The next course topics are required: Coffee machines, Dishwashers, Gas Cooktops and Rangetops, Induction Cooktops, Microwaves and Warming Drawers, Pro Induction Ranges, Professional Ranges, Refrigeration, Ventilation, & Wall Ovens.

Thermador Certified Sales Professionals must complete knowledge checks for every course in the learning path to test retention and understanding of crucial course content material.

Thermador Certified Sales Professionals must maintain their certification through an annual re-certification process.

Thermador retail partners, with 80% of sales associates completing the Thermador Certified Sales Professional badge, will be recognized with a Thermador Certified Retailer badge.
