To become certified with the Bosch Certified Sales Professional badge earner must complete on-demand or live learning courses on the following products to earn the Bosch Certified Sales Professional badge. The next course topics are required: Coffee machines, Compact Laundry, Cooktops, Dishwashers, Industrial-Style Ranges, Microwaves & Warming Drawers, Ranges & Rangetops, Refrigeration, Steam Ovens, Ventilation, and Wall Ovens.
Bosch Certified Sales Professionals are required to complete knowledge checks for every course in the learning path to test retention and understanding of crucial course content material.
Bosch Certified Sales Professionals must keep their certification current through an annual re-certification process.
Bosch retail partners, with 80% of sales associates completing the Bosch Certified Sales Professional badge, will be recognized with a Bosch Certified Retailer badge.
