Level One Qualified Teachers have successfully completed the MBSR Foundations and MBSR Teacher Advancement Intensive. Through the investigation of the MBSR curriculum, they have studied the essence of experiential learning and the underpinnings and science of MBSR. A Qualified Teacher at this level has shown proficiency in didactic presentations, dialogue and inquiry, and guided mindfulness meditation practice.
