This course is open to all engineers, professionals, faculty, and college-level students.

This is a self-paced, online course that will require 7-10 hours to complete and introduces core principles of systems engineering and analysis used in complex, interdisciplinary problem-solving. Topics include system requirements analysis, the House of Quality (QFD), stakeholder analysis, and capturing the voice of the customer (VOC) and process (VOP). Includes self-assessments (not graded) and a final exam (graded).
