Introduction to Machine Learning
Issued by
Binghamton University
The badge earner has been introduced to foundational Machine Learning (ML) concepts and algorithms and can identify and map problems to different classes of ML algorithms. The earner can recognize ML algorithms such as decision trees, Naïve Bayes, and logistic regression, identify subtleties and application scenarios for different supervised classification algorithms listed above and can apply ML concepts such as regularization, over-fitting, and Laplace smoothing to design efficient ML models.
