The Believe Impact Program is a leadership & development program that certifies employees in Inspirational Leadership. Participants complete the Leadership Sessions and create an impact project that links a personal passion to company purpose and DEI initiatives. Graduates of the Believe Impact Program display inspirational leadership and find more ways to connect with their customers and colleagues, they build stronger relationships across teams, and they find greater meaning in their work.

Earning Criteria

Develop and implement an Impact Project that aligns with company purpose and activates DEI initiatives. Participants inspire their teams and live their values through this work, and as a result exemplify inspirational leadership.

Attend Leadership Training Sessions that help build skills such as: how to personalize any goal, increase team engagement, intentionally design your support network, enable others to take action, be resilient, maintain high performance, and more!

Participants learn how to refine and craft their own "signature story" in order to leverage their Impact Project for colleague and customer connection. This is showcased in a presentation at the program wrap up event "Celebrate Impact Day" in front of the broader organization.
